African business, global markets.
We open international markets for African institutions and enterprises — and we are deepest in the Gulf.
Africa Market Access takes African governments, banks, operators and founders into the markets where the capital, technology and buyers are — and brings international business the other way. Our specialisation is the Gulf — Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar: working on the ground in Riyadh, Dubai and Doha, with offices in Dubai, Abuja and London.
Reaching a new market is not
a research problem.
It is a relationship problem — who will licence you, who will distribute for you, who will take the meeting, and who will still pick up the phone six months later. That is what we hold, and it is why we work in a small number of markets properly rather than claiming all of them.
African business, outward
For African governments, banks, operators, technology companies and founders reaching international capital, technology and buyers.
- Company setup abroad — UAE and Saudi free zones, and QFC registration in Qatar
- Investor, buyer and distributor introductions
- Executive delegations and trade missions
- Regulator and authority engagement
- Follow-through from our Gulf and London offices
International business, into Africa
For international companies, investors and institutions establishing or scaling a presence across African markets.
- Company formation and regulatory compliance
- Market intelligence and feasibility studies
- Local partner and distributor identification
- Government and policy engagement
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
We do not claim a presence everywhere. Where a market sits outside our own network, we say so and introduce you to someone whose network it is.
We are on the ground in the Gulf,
not just on the flight.
Riyadh, Dubai and Doha are where we convene, moderate, host and introduce — at the exchange, on the conference stage, at the consulate and on the show floor. Specialisation is the difference between knowing a market and being known in it.
Saudi Arabia
Engagement across the Kingdom’s financial and capital-markets institutions, and a convening presence at 24 Fintech, where we hosted Spotlight on Africa for the African fintech ecosystem.
United Arab Emirates
Registered and resident, with a standing presence on the GISEC Global show floor since 2025, diplomatic engagement through Nigeria’s mission, and the partner network that makes UAE market entry practical.
Qatar
We facilitated a memorandum of understanding between Nigeria’s NITDA and the Qatar Financial Centre, and led an African delegation to Web Summit Qatar in Doha. The QFC — its own commercial law, 100% foreign ownership, full profit repatriation — is one of the cleanest routes for an African firm to establish in the Gulf, and we run companies through it.
Arabia, UAE, Qatar

African markets
Six things we are asked for most.
Business setup & regulatory compliance
Entity formation, licensing and the regulatory groundwork in African markets, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Qatar Financial Centre — including platform selection and the compliance obligations that follow.
Market intelligence & feasibility
Sizing, competitive landscape, pricing reality and route to market, built from primary local sources rather than desk research alone.
Government & policy engagement
Structured engagement with ministries, regulators and national authorities — up to and including institution-to-institution agreements, as with the NITDA and Qatar Financial Centre memorandum we facilitated.
Strategic partnerships & market entry
Identifying, qualifying and introducing distributors, joint-venture partners and local operators — then staying involved while the relationship beds in.
Business development & go-to-market
Positioning, pricing and pipeline for a market you have not sold into before, with the first meetings arranged rather than described.
Investment & trade facilitation
Connecting capital to opportunity in both directions, and preparing the case so it survives contact with an investment committee.
The Official Africa Delegation to GISEC Global 2026
Dubai, 16–18 September 2026. As Official Africa Media Partner, we are convening African governments, banks, operators and technology leaders at the largest cybersecurity event in the Middle East and Africa — with accreditation, curated introductions and government engagement, not just a conference pass.
Before
We agree your objectives and the people you need to meet, handle visas and accreditation, and brief the delegation before departure.
During
You arrive to a diary, not a floor plan: curated introductions, private site visits, receptions and stakeholder meetings, with our team on the ground throughout.
After
A report and contacts pack, then continued follow-through from our Dubai office — because the value of a mission shows up in the months after it.
For institutions
Ministries, agencies and banks travelling as a group are handled bespoke, including sponsored places where a partner underwrites public-sector seats.
Convening, not just advising.
Our value is visible in who is in the room. These are the rooms we put together.
Executive engagement session, Dubai
Operators, vendors and distributors in the same room. This is the convening work behind every market-entry mandate we take — and the reason an introduction from us tends to land.
The corridor, argued in public.
Our chairman is a regular voice on Nigerian national television and international stages on what Gulf capital means for African markets — including the uncomfortable version of the question.
The Gulf–Nigeria Economic Alliance: Opportunity or Dependency?
The case for and against the corridor, put directly. Also aired as “Nigeria Explores New Capital Corridor in the Middle East.”
AI, IPOs and Africa’s future: who will dominate the next digital economy?
Artificial intelligence and emerging technologies — and which African institutions are positioned to benefit.
Investing in Innovation: Gulf Stakes in Africa’s Tech Ecosystem
Why Gulf capital is moving toward African technology, and what African institutions need to do to meet it.
Each interview opens on Channels Television’s YouTube channel. Also on stage at 24 Fintech in Riyadh, moderating on financial inclusion and partnership models for the African ecosystem.
Where we work.
Deepest in financial services, technology and energy — the three sectors where capital is moving between Africa and the Gulf fastest.
What you are actually buying.
Presence, not coverage
Registered and resident in the UAE, working across Riyadh and Doha, with teams in Abuja and London. Not a referral network — the people who make the introduction are the people you meet.
Relationships, not lists
Government, regulator and industry relationships built by hosting, moderating and convening in these markets. A list of names is worthless; a call that gets returned is not.
Sector fluency
Part of Techinnovate Group, a UAE-registered technology group working in digital transformation, fintech and cybersecurity — so conversations start further along than they would with a generalist.
We stay after
Market entry is not an event. Our value shows in the quarter after the mission, when the follow-up is still happening.
Tell us which market
you are trying to reach.
A short call is usually enough to tell whether we are the right people for what you are trying to do. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
Where we will be.
The events we convene, lead delegations to, and take African institutions through.
Some of these we host. Some we partner on. Some we simply attend, and will happily make introductions while we are there. Where a delegation is open, the programme and pricing are published.
2026
GISEC Global 2026
The largest cybersecurity event in the Middle East and Africa. We are Official Africa Media Partner, convening the Official Africa Delegation — accreditation, curated introductions, government engagement and an ecosystem tour, across three programme tiers.
Money20/20 Middle East
The Gulf’s principal fintech and payments gathering. We are convening an African ecosystem delegation — banks, fintechs, capital market institutions, regulators, investors and technology companies — around the Africa–Middle East financial corridor.
UN General Assembly week
Africa-focused business programming alongside the General Assembly, where capital, policy and heads of state meet in the same week. We attend for the corridor conversations that follow.
GITEX Nigeria
An in-person side event anchoring our Qatar Financial Centre corridor programme, connecting Nigerian technology and professional services firms to QFC registration and the Doha market.
Dubai AI Festival
Africa programming and pavilion participation, bringing African AI and digital-government leadership into the Gulf’s fastest-growing technology forum.
Middle East Energy
The region’s principal power and energy exhibition. Relevant for African utilities, independent power producers and critical infrastructure operators looking at Gulf supply chains and financing.
Where we have already been.
The calendar above is only credible because of this one.
24 Fintech
We hosted Spotlight on Africa, a networking event for the African fintech ecosystem, and our chairman moderated a 24° Trends panel on financial inclusion with First National Bank Namibia, Rwanda Finance Limited and RSwitch.
GISEC Global 2025
Official African media partner, leading a delegation of African companies and government representatives, with print and broadcast coverage of Africa’s participation.
Money20/20 Middle East
Our chairman spoke on AI-powered deepfakes and the future of trust in financial services.
Web Summit Qatar
Led an African delegation to Doha, alongside our work facilitating the memorandum of understanding between Nigeria’s NITDA and the Qatar Financial Centre.
Not sure which one fits?
Tell us the market you are trying to reach and the people you need in front of you. We will tell you which of these is worth your week — or that none of them is.

Expand into the Gulf. Meet the buyers, investors and regulators.
A curated executive business mission to the largest cybersecurity event in the Middle East and Africa. We handle the visas, the travel and the introductions. You focus on the relationships.
The largest cybersecurity market in the region,
and Africa is barely in it.
GISEC Global fills eight halls at Dubai World Trade Centre. In 2021 the same event occupied two. What matters is not the scale but who is in the room — and how few of them are African.

Attendance, exhibitor and visitor-intent figures are from the GISEC Global Show Success Report 2025, published by the event organisers.
Three days that pay for themselves
in meetings, not memories.
Curated introductions
We match you against your stated objectives before you fly — clients, distributors, investors and technology partners, with meetings arranged around the show floor rather than left to chance.
Government access
Engagement with regulators, national cybersecurity authorities and policymakers at delegation level, with protocol support for leadership delegates.
A route into the Gulf
What it actually takes to establish a presence here: licensing, free zones, distribution and local partnership models — explained by a team registered and resident in the UAE.
Choose your delegation experience.
Three programmes, each solving a different problem. The first puts you in the building. The second puts you in the rooms that matter. The third has you hosted and represented at leadership level.

What the week looks like.
Presence on the show floor, the ecosystem tour, and stakeholder engagement at diplomatic level.
Convened by an ecosystem builder,
not a travel agent.
Africa Market Access is the Gulf–Africa corridor arm of Techinnovate Group, a UAE-registered technology group working in digital transformation, fintech and cybersecurity across the Gulf and Africa.
Our core business is building the connective tissue between markets: partner networks, distribution relationships, regulator engagement and the introductions that let a business actually land somewhere new. Being registered and resident in the UAE means that when the exhibition closes on the eighteenth, the relationships you started are ones we can keep working on from Dubai.
In 2025 Africa Market Access led a delegation of African companies and government representatives to GISEC in Dubai as the event’s official African media partner, bringing together senior figures from African banks, fintech companies, regulators and national cybersecurity agencies.
For 2026 the mandate is wider. We hold the Official Africa Media Partner designation for GISEC Global, which is what lets this delegation offer accreditation, programme access and stakeholder introductions rather than tickets alone.
Visa processing rewards early confirmation.
Questions worth asking.
What exactly am I paying for?
A place on a convened delegation: your GISEC pass, flight allowance, hotel, UAE visa, transfers, accreditation and the programme attached to your tier. The fee is not a travel booking with a margin on it — the value is the accreditation and the meetings arranged around the show.
Is the payment refundable?
Full payment confirms a place, and places are allocated in order of payment received. Because visas, passes and September accommodation are committed on your behalf immediately, the fee is non-refundable once processing begins. Substituting a different delegate from the same organisation is usually possible — ask us.
Which visa will I get?
Delegate and Executive Missions carry a 96-hour UAE transit visa; the Leadership Mission carries a 30-day tourist visa on an expedited basis. Availability depends on your nationality, carrier and flight routing, and is confirmed at booking. Visas are processed through licensed UAE partners and remain subject to UAE immigration regulations. Hold a passport with at least six months’ validity.
Can you guarantee the government meetings?
No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. Stakeholder meetings are arranged on a best-efforts basis against a named target list agreed with you in advance. What is guaranteed is the accreditation, the programme, the reception and dinner, and the delegation team working your list on the ground.
We want to send a group. Is there a better price?
Yes. Ministries, agencies, banks and institutions travelling with ten or more delegates are priced bespoke. Sponsored delegate places are also available where a bank, operator or technology partner underwrites seats for public-sector participants — talk to us about either.
What happens after GISEC?
Every delegate receives a post-event report and contacts pack. Executive and Leadership delegates get continued introductions from our Dubai office, and Leadership delegates get a market-entry strategy session to turn the week into a defined position.
